Late July and early August in Las Vegas means soaring temperatures, monsoon rains providing some relief in the afternoons, and Summer Market in full swing at World Market Center. Divine Events has been a part of the Summer and Winter Markets since 2005, when exhibitors were in temporary structures on site.

By the numbers, we have 50 team members onsite providing best-in-class service across 5 showrooms, while 10 culinary team members create delicious food at headquarters. With Executive Chef Rob Proby and Sous Chef Kyle Bustamante at the helm, our clients have been noticing the quality. "Our food is always delicious, but this year it is off the charts!"

If that doesn't keep us in the summer mood, then our beverage program will. Led by Jenifer Brown, Divine Events has expanded its beverage offerings over the last year to now rival our culinary program standards. Our specialty cocktails and mocktails feature simple syrups made in-house, using garden-fresh fruits and herbs, and they have become a favorite of our clients and guests. EVENT HIGHLIGHT

‍Care Solace enjoyed an intimate golf event at Cili Bali Hai, offering attendees a memorable experience of exquisite dining and golfing. It was a perfect day for a round of golf on the stunning greens of the Bali Hai golf course, where a tropical golf oasis rests in the shadows of the Strip resorts. Divine is proud to support the sales of this venue and looks forward to continuing to do so.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT‍

Jenifer Mercedes Brown was born in California but originally from Nicaragua, where she lived for four years. She studied music for a few years and initially wanted to be a singer. Since the age of 21, Jenifer has been bartending and has worked on and off the strip for most of her career. Along the way, she has met some really cool people who have taught her some amazing skills. Jen has participated in several drink competitions and has won a few, a skill that is valuable in her role as the Head of Beverage and Venue. Jenifer loves to play softball, and besides her children, her all-time favorite thing is working out.

I love Divine because it has allowed me to truly become the person I have always wanted to be in my career.  They encourage creativity and have been a huge part of my finding my voice in the beverage industry.

This past weekend, our team embarked on another exciting adventure during the Summer Market at World Market Center. I am thrilled to say that we received a lot of positive feedback from our clients. I am especially proud of how our new headquarters facility has allowed us to streamline our processes and improve efficiency, making it easier for our team to prepare for events like this.

One of our long-standing goals has been to expand our beverage program, and I am thrilled that we have achieved this goal with Jenifer's help. She has been an invaluable member of our team, and her creativity and talent have been instrumental.
