2024 is already shaping up to be a record-breaking year in every aspect. This week, we are debuting our custom-built Catering Trailer, which we are extremely excited to utilize for our first large event of the year with our CES client. This mobile kitchen will greatly enhance the quality of food, menu selection, and overall service for our clients.

Our contracts for January and February 2024 have had an impressive start, setting a positive tone for the rest of the year. Our team is working diligently to plan and execute these contracts, following our newly implemented excellence-in-service training process. Both our Culinary and Operations teams are growing their leadership capabilities. Additionally, we are utilizing the creativity and expertise of our internal teams to incorporate delicious and innovative options into all of our menus.

And finally, we continue to feature Proprietor's Reserve and collaborate with our incredible partner venues, including Cili Bali Hai, Smith Center, Mob Museum, GreenGale Farms, Atomic Saloon, Absinthe, and Illuminarium, to craft menu offerings that will make 2024 our most successful year yet.

EVENT HIGHLIGHT 

Spiegelworld hosted another unforgettable event for the Community Ambulance Holiday Party Event at Absinthe. This festive event featured highly engaging carving stations, serving Prime Rib with garlic mashed potatoes and glazed turkey breast with traditional stuffing. We were delighted to spread holiday cheer and provide our local first responders with a divine food and decor experience.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 

Kendra Nelson is originally from Minnesota and attended the University of Missouri, where she graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management. She had the opportunity to move to the Bay Area of California and work onsite at Google. Recently, Kendra relocated to Las Vegas due to the dynamic hospitality industry in the city.

"I love that with Divine, I get to see events all over the city. I also enjoy attending concerts and live events, which drew me to a career in hospitality. The close-knit team here is something I really appreciate. I felt warmly welcomed and easily found my place here."

At Divine, Kendra is currently focused on developing several new and improved training programs to elevate our service. These include Buffet and Station Setups, Formal Event Setups, Event Professionalism Training, and Employee Development Training for those seeking advancement within our company.
